How can I pay using Cash on Delivery (COD)?

To pay via Cash on Delivery (COD) for transactions up to Rs. 20,000, follow these steps after adding items to your cart:

Proceed to checkout.

  1. Fill in the billing and shipping information.
  2. Select "Cash on Delivery" as the payment method.
  3. Confirm your order. Note the order number provided on the thank you page.
  4. Pay the required amount in cash upon delivery and receive a receipt with your purchase.
  5. COD service is available throughout Pakistan.

If I order multiple items, will they be delivered together, and how will the payment work?

Typically, multiple items are shipped in one package, and the full payment is required upon delivery. Any exceptions will be communicated, and payment adjustments will be made accordingly.

Do shipping charges vary based on the order's weight?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total, shipping address, and chosen shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

COD Delivery is available in all over Pakistan with the selected shipping methods.

How many times will the courier attempt delivery if I'm unavailable?

Courier agents will make two delivery attempts. If both fail, the item will be returned to us.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on product availability. Orders placed before 1 PM are generally scheduled for delivery the next working day.

What are the possible reasons for delayed delivery?

Timely delivery depends on stock availability and payment authorizations. Occasionally, we may require payment verification before processing an order.

How can I check my order's delivery status?

You'll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp/text message. You can also track your order using the provided order ID on the courier provider's website.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), cards (Visa/Master - debit/credit) and bank account transfers.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card for payments?

Yes, all payment information is encrypted and kept secure. Your personal information is confidential and only accessible to authorized personnel.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours before shipment.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Unused items can be returned within 2 days, provided they are in their original condition with tags and tickets intact.

In which cases are returns not possible?

Returns are not possible if the request is made outside the specified timeframe, the product is used or not in its original condition, it's covered under manufacturer's warranty, or if there are missing tags or accessories.
